polytech college dates back to 1960 established near mission hospital on paris rd sialkot which grants tech knowledge in all technologies to aspirant students who rose to become crafted expert in any tech for leading self employed or even govt jobs.
once in hostels young angry men used to quarrel over politics and petty issues hence lawlessness grew, to remove this street fights admn get evacuated hostels which were bone of contention hence now three shifts are organized to cater to more need for students even from other provinces are entertained in three shifts alternatively.
student should learn that this time shall never come back so do no indulge in petty issues and lad smooth life by burning midnight oils to grow mature young productive citizens for their families and country.

Long Live FG Public School Sialkot Cantt. My mother Mrs Naseem Akhtar taught there for 10 years. I studied there from class 2 to 10th. My younger brother Dr Waseem Kamran completed his primary from this great school. We left the school in 1985 and went abroad. Extraordinary people who shaped my thinking include Miss Shameem Mir (2nd class), Mrs Messy(4th class), Sir Shuakat Ali(5th class), Sir Rafi(5th class), Sir Sarfraz(5th class), Sir Akhtar Toor(6th class), Sir Qamar Shah(7th class), Sir Janjua(10th class), Sir Yaseen(7th class, leader Jinnah House), Sir Sarwar Mirza(10th class), Sir Ch Ashraf (10th class), Sir Mushtaq(8th class, scouts leader), Sir Ishfaq(9th class), Sir Raja Zaid Aslam (best pricipal), Sir Rana Aziz (best principal). Even today I remember the morning assembly, everyday reading of Allama Iqbal poem (lab pe atee ha dua bun ke tumna meri), national anthem with drop of fresh rose petals, parade, break times and smell of Ishaq canteen, every days inspection of nails and haircut, cricket, basket ball and hockey tournaments ... When compared with many private schools of England today, I feel it was one of the best schools of the time. I salute the dedication and honesty of its teachers and keepers (Begum, Inayat, Ajiz). I miss the school very much and pray for its glory.
