summer vacations were waited for impatiently every year when we used to live in bahdal,from 1949 till 1973. our family lived in school compound near lala Nawab butcher outerhosue in Goraywalla khoo suburb where now ch Riaz gondal of canada has outerhosue,rented or free living to Qaiser doctor butcher. The fear of punishment by school teachers was the most attractive cause of our bitter relations with the school admn of chanumome where i was admitted in 1960 till 1969. in june 3 months free for all was the game,when after doing exercises and littering copies with home work,on seeing that our strict disciplnarian father munshi abdullah has gone to city for perform his 12 hour long duty when no chance of return till next day,our very simple and dear mother Mehtab begum was so delicate and kind and nice that she never checked us severely that where day long we were passing time,in fields where roots of wheat plant and jungly poly bootie was so harsh to cut the foot while wearing only qianchi chapal, climbing trees of shehtoot,jmaun,berry,all the day enjoying delicacy of jumn,shehtoot at goraywala or on deras wherever there was no check up. He is buried in Tibba graveyard on mar 29,2004 after ch Akram on 24 march 2004 burried.

yesterday one of our neighbor narrated the ordeal of a small quarell land both the parties to hajipura thana where not only one hundred thousand Rs is fees of sho for showing kindness and setting free ,not involved in big crime for which he chrges double fees,on every entry in thana,entire money or fee is charged ,pocket emptied,searched,nothing allowed to carry,by police guard,for all obligations they are obliged first,i e entry fees, Rs100.00 paper ,drinks,food dlvy to detianees,fir copy fees etc charges. culture of criminology is hardening and fees are doubling,case to case,each thana earn in millions monthly,who is beneficiary?
